Constructive Environmental specialise in contaminated land, environmental analysis and environmental science.

Formed in 2005, our Geotechnical and Environmental Department offer a comprehensive range of services to support the construction industry in the specialist field of investigative analysis.

The bulk of our work falls into two areas, Environmental Assessment & Consultancy and Geotechnical Investigation. With the ability to offer all services from Phase 1 - desk studies through to full Site Investigation for both geotechnical and contamination works inclusive of laboratory analysis and monitoring. Additionally remediation schemes for contaminated sites can also be produced.

Our workload has been customer focussed, and this in turn has shaped the scope of our abilities to include; Environmental Impact Studies, Geophysical Surveys for groundwater conductivity etc, Gas monitoring (both indoor air and soil gas emissions), soil and water testing using UKAS and MCERTS accredited laboratory for full suite of contaminants including TPH, PAH, PCB’s and heavy metals, Asbestos soil assessment and removal, Spoil and waste contamination, WAC analysis and remediation statement.

Our specialist divisions are supported by a team of highly trained technical support operatives, all of whom hold certificates in some or all of the following;

  • Full and Escape BA or Confined Access training
  • P.T.S. (Railtrack Personal Track Safety)
  • LUL (London Underground)
  • New Roads & Street Works (Supervisory or Operative Level)
  • IPAF (International Powered Access Federation)
  • PASMA
  • Metronet Passport for Safety
  • CSCS
