Asbestos Surveying, Registers and Management
The health and safety issues surrounding asbestos have for some time had a high profile in occupational health and safety. Recent changes to legislation have once more turned the spotlight on to the UK’s single biggest occupational killer. The “Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002” (CAWR) has been revised to cover all work which is likely to disturb asbestos containing materials and has placed greater emphasis upon persons responsible for workplace buildings to manage any asbestos that may be present.
Our surveyors have a minimum of 8 years experience in the full range of services needed for asbestos surveying in accordance with MDHS100, asbestos management, removal and awareness.
Fire Safety Awareness Surveying
From 1st October 2006, all employers, landlords or anyone who has control of a workplace, have a legal obligation to have a Fire Risk Assessment conducted of the workplace. Ahead of these new regulations, Constructive Evaluation had surveyors who trained specifically to be able to offer this service. From the initial Fire Risk Assessment through to full implementation of a complete Annual Management service and full Site Access Fire and Emergency Plan, we can make sure that everything is in order, giving you peace of mind.
