Overseeing the relocation of a major bank’s corporate dining services to new Class A Manhattan space. Efforts centered on a live service cut-over to the new location, with specific focus on utilities, IT infrastructure, kitchen configuration, furnishings, and preparations for premium amenity programs with intensive staff training.
westchester county
Representing unit owner on complete renovation for a landmarked loft space. Scope included unifying efforts amongst architects, millwork, trades, building management, and condo board. Oversaw selection and purchasing of finishes/fixtures, and reworked designs to better suit the owner’s food preparation and entertaining preferences.
